The Aquamax SF Pumps reliably supply waterfalls and water courses, or move pond water to a filter system. Reliable asynchronous motor technology makes the Aquamax SF an ideal low operateing cost pump for filtration systems that are in use 24 hours a day.
The Aquamax SF is designed to be installed in the bottom of the pond. The large strainer and the ability to pass solid up to 3/8" virtually eliminate regular pump maintenance.
The 2nd inlet is adjustable in 4 levels. Alternatively the second input makes it possible to connect a skimmer to transport pond and surface water in the filter system at the same time. Or the satellite strainer, included with the product, makes it possible to draw water from a more remote point in the pond and introduce it into the connected filter system.
The Aquamax SF Pump is completely capable of withstanding winter conditions due to new, patent-pending, freeze protection technology Even if the pump is completely frozen into the pond it will not be damaged.
