Aquatic Ponds are easy to deal with and prompt. The pump is reliable - has run for five years without issues until the impeller shaft broke: a stone found its way in.
I broke the new spindle while reassembling the pump. This is far too easy to do, unfortunately. |

Ordering on the website was easy; parts arrived promptly and in good condition; no problems. I always seem to brake the ceramic center post when I take the pump apart to clean it. I have done this twice and fortunately Aquatic Ponds has saved me both times. With fish it is important to get the pump working again as soon as possible. |
