The Pondmaster Mini Skimmer is used for inside of your pond, there is no cutting of the liner for these skimmers. The skimmer will need to be used inline with your submersible pump.

Mini Skimmer
  Have one in each preform pond. Works great. Found a way to keep it at the correct water level. I cut fun noodles to fit the 3 sides of the top and it floats in the ponds. Goes up and down with the water level.
