Aquatic Ponds Price Match: We are very competitive with our prices. However, if on another website you find a product that is lower then ours we will do our best to beat the price. We will need the name of the web site, product (must not be an outdated model), pricing with shipping charges. Product must be in stock and ready to ship. We do not match clearance items, rebates, promotions and free with purchase offers. All prices on pond supply matching must be done before sale is completed. Please keep in mind most of our items already include shipping unless otherwise noted and will match up with competitor’s price plus shipping charges and taxes if in PA. Price Match does not include looking into view carts. Competitor’s price must be listed (printed) on web page.
Payments: We accept all Major Credit Cards, Paypal and Money Orders. When sending a money order or check you must include shipping address (please print), email address (for tracking #), phone number, item description, cost of product and shipping costs. Any check received will be needed to be cleared before your order is shipped.
Shipping: Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped ground unless other arrangements have been made and approved with Aquatic Ponds. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes as UPS/Fedex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to FPO/APO. Most orders are shipped UPS or by Fedex unless item does not meet their guidelines. Shipping rates including free shipping when it applies are to the lower 48 states. Sorry, we no longer ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PR or Canada. If a package is returned to us due to a non delivery, you are held responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred. We do not give money back on your purchase due to shipping errors on behalf of the purchaser. If an order is refused you will be liable for the cost of product and any and all shipping charges.
Shipping by Freight Carrier: Items that are over 150 lbs. (example: pond liner) must be shipped by a Freight Carrier. The Freight Carrier will go as close to your driveway as possible for the delivery. These trucks are very long (around 45') and not only will they need to be able to get to the delivery point but will also need to be able to turn around. The trucking company is not responsible for unloading your item or items. Someone must be present at time of delivery. We suggest a minimum of 2 to 3 people depending on the weight of the item. If you are unsure of how much an item weighs please email us so we may give you an approximate weight. We cannot guarantee delivery times yet we will help coordinate a delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any charges relating to labor stand by charges, equipment rentals, time delay or any other charges that may be incurred with the delivery. We will not be held responsible for off loading your items or additional delivery charges due to inaccessibility to the ship to address. Any questions please email or call us. The Freight Carrier will need your phone number so they can contact you for delivery day. Inspect all merchandise and check the number of packages you received with the bill of lading before signing. Note any damages or shortages directly on the bill of lading. Once you have signed the bill of lading you are agreeing that there is no physical damage.. Aquatic Ponds LLC cannot be liable once you receive and sign for the merchandise.
Insurance: All items will be insured and have a tracking number if shipped by UPS or Fedex. Tracking numbers will only be provided to customers that leave their email address and that have asked for a tracking #. Upon receipt of package you must inspect all items for damage and to make sure you received all the items you ordered are correct. If item is incorrect or damaged due to shipping. Aquatic Ponds and carrier must be notified within 5 days of the package that has been delivered. You are required to retain all original packaging, material and item or items in unused condition to be inspected by the carrier for a possible claim.
Warranty and Return Policy:
Aquatic Ponds LLC will only accept authorized returns. A RA (Return Authorization) number must accompany any return, and be clearly marked on the outer box being returned.
The manufacturers below will service their own warranties. However Aquatic Ponds LLC would still like to know if you have a warranty issue. So please call us first at 215-525-1440. We may be able to troubleshoot the problem for you.

Aquatic Ponds LLC will process the product warranty (excluding the manufacturers listed above) at no additional cost to the customer other than the cost of returning the item to us.
Defective items are subject to inspection. Customers will be charged for replacement pumps if the original pump is not warrantable, such as a power cord that has been cut or damaged. The pump must not have been hard wired.
If a pond pump is defective within 90 Days of purchase unless it is one of the above manufactures, Aquatic Ponds LLC will ship a replacement pump and prepaid return label so that the defective pump can be returned at our cost. After 90 Days it is considered a warranty issue and must be shipped back by the customer.
Customers will be charged if the defective pumps are not returned within 15 days of replacement.
If the item returned is defective and under warranty we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a credit. Items that are not defective will be returned at the customer's expense.
All products are under warranty from original ship date only and do not renew with replacements.
New, Unused Products
Aquatic Ponds LLC will accept new, unused products within 14 days of date of purchase. Please ship the item back with the original packaging enclosed within a separate box to minimize package damage. All returns must have an RA#. Please call 215-525-1440. Items such as special orders, pond liners, underlay, tubing, liquids, fish food, plant food, replacement parts and UV Clarifiers, Performance ProPumps and any Henri Studios items cannot be returned for any reason.
Products purchased that had free shipping, will have the shipping amount deducted from the refund. Remember even though we sell most of our products with Free Shipping the shipping prices are included in our Free Shipping Price. And even though we market our prices with Free Shipping there is no actual Free Shipping to send the product and once the product has been shipped the cost of shipping cannot be and will not be reimbursed.
All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any credit given. All products other than pumps returned as new, but have been in service will be considered used and "Used Product" terms and 20% restocking fee will apply. Pond Filters and Pond Vacuums are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Freight cost and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Original freight costs are non-refundable. It is recommended to have tracking and Insurance for your return.

Availability: From time to time we may run out of an item. Sometimes extreme circumstances that we have no control over may make an item unavailable. We do our best to keep the products we offer in stock. If the item is unavailable you may wait for it to come in or cancel the order if we cannot ship out the product within 10 days of receipt. We reserve the right to withdraw any item with out notice. We do our best to keep plenty of inventory and 99.5% of the time the products we offer are in stock and ready to ship. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order.
