The product was recommended by the person who built my pond/water feature as a natural (versus chemical) way to maintain water quality in the pond. I've only been using it for a month, so it's pretty early to say about the product, though the water is still clear, and the pond is not in full algae bloom. Aquatic Ponds had the best pricing out of many I checked, and delivery was quick, as promised. I was very pleased.
