Great Customer Service

Originally I purchased the Philips equivalent of this bulb but received the wrong item. I sent an email and everything was sorted out quickly. The Philips bulb was out of stock and I was sent this Oase bulb in place of it. Absolutely great customer service and I will definitely be purchasing my pond items here!
