Oase Pondovac 5 Pond Vacuum

This is without a doubt the best water vacuum so far for me. I had owned two previous version of Oase vacuums (without inside pump) and it wasn't good for places below water level. I also owned the Matala vacuum which was on the market before this one and it was like heaven for me to be able to discharge water higher than pond. Unfortunately, Taiwanese design, bulky shape and sloppy parts processing have changed my mind. The cord for inner pump got busted, wheels broke and the biggest issue for me was that the net inside didn't work. As the Oase Pondovac 5 came to the market I bought it and won't probably change for a long time. Both pumps work great, they got rid of this discord of disturbing suction when the vacuum gets old, the weigh is very light, so I can put it on my truck easier than Matala vacuum. The best part is the net inside, it works perfect and I didn't have any problem of clogging people's drains. I would highly recommend this vacuum. It is also less expensive than Matala.

The unit works really well, and did an excellent job of cleaning the scum from the bottom of the pond. The only thing I would improve are the vacuum tubes, if they interlocked instead of just push together that would prevent them from coming apart, especially the cleaning attachment.
