Submersible Pond pumps for Garden Ponds, Fountains & More
A Submersible Pond Pump needs to be submerged underwater at all times so it will not over heat. There are some submersibles that can be used inline and therefore they do not have to be submerged but must have constant water pass through to keep them cool.
A submersible design has many advantages, including that it's easier to install and to hide inside the pond or a skimmer. In most cases they are less money than an external.
