The original pre-filter foam lasted almost 4 years through some tough filtering. I purchased a replacement and an extra filter. Staff at aquatic ponds was most helpful in getting me set up with the correct filter and size. It was shipped and arrived in good shape in a reasonable time. The filters were complete with the plastic insert to attach to the pump and work perfectly. Filtration is very good and I am very satisfied with the company, product and service. I will definitely use them for the next replacement.

THE FLITER THAT WAS SENT WORKS GREAT AND KEEPS THE FOUNTAIN I HAVE RUNNING MORE THEN LIKEKY I WILL ORDER ANOTHER BEFORE THE FALL FOR NEXT YEAR
