This kit is a must for the older models of the Savio Skimmerfilter. With this kit, the UV light is just a drop in and is just as easy to remove for cleaning. I disliked cleaning my old system because of the problems and potential of breakage of the glass tube. With the Savio Skimmer filter, there is no need for 3 systems. It is the Skimmer, Filter, and UV system in one unit. What a relief.
