The Helix Skimmer Blue Matala Filter Pad acts as a prefilter for your pump. Not only will it catch debris that might be missed by the debris basket, it will also add a little filtration to your pond at the same time. It is not recommended to use if your flow is over 5000 gph in the Helix Pond Skimmer. Pad is 14" Diameter and about 1 1/2" to 2" thick.
